improve Livestock Productivity through Enhanced Breeding Programs by applying Goat Genomics advances. \u00a0The Project include the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop goat genome sequence as a research tool\/resource<\/li>\n<li>Developing tools to characterize breed structure and geographic distribution in caprina genome<\/li>\n<li>Develop genotype\/phenotype programs for selective breeding<\/li>\n<li>Identify teams and methods for implementing breeding<\/li>\n<li>Develop a short policy paper that will guide the planning and implementation of the objectives of this research group<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with specialized groups such as international goat genome consortium to develop genomic breeding tools.<\/li>\n<li>Use community-based breeding programs to enhance
