The mission brought together instructor training, gender and safeguarding, SRH and life skills, profiling, scholarship systems and institutional partnerships. <strong>60<\/strong> tutors trained across the two institutions, <strong>215<\/strong> young women profiled\/enrolled, <strong>2 <\/strong>scholarship committees established, <strong>2<\/strong> MoUs signed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>THE STORY IS NOT THE TRIP<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The story is what happens when an institution says: <strong>\u201cWe are ready to participate.\u201d<\/strong> A partnership agreement becomes a working relationship, A trained instructor becomes a multiplier, A scholarship committee becomes a local mechanism for access, And a young woman who enters the system becomes part of a potential pathway to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CALL TO ACTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TVET leaders: institutional ownership is one of the strongest predictors of whether a programme lasts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WHEN ONE MODEL TRAVELS, IT HAS TO LISTEN.
