But Bulemeezi also showed what happens after enrolment numbers rise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The institution identified;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>strong demand for ICT;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a computer laboratory that is too small for the number of learners;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>new welding infrastructure under construction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the need for stronger planning and coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>THE REAL QUESTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If 242 young women are ready to learn, are the facilities ready for them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is not a failure.
