At Tropical Institute of Development Innovations whose backbone is sericulture, its rapidly growing because the efforts that are being put in are worthwhile. Sericulture today, unlike many years ago is touching the lives of several Ugandans because many Farmers have come to embrace the beauty of rearing silkworms as a part of farming.
Tridi through this type of farming has managed to touch and is still touching the lives of people in the communities of Sheema and Kiruhura Districts {Western Uganda} not forgetting other districts like Bulambuli, Lira, Mukono, Bukedea, Kween, Nwooya among others.
